I create artifacts that please my eyes. My work is conceived and produced in the gothic spirit; both, in respect to the tools that make them and in their organic nature.
I believe in the mysterious essence of beauty and therefore in the mystic process of creation. Brilliant ideas are simple and natural and so spontaneous sketches are their mots truthful representation. In my case, the process is a continuum, sketched concepts, before are fully constructed become scale models and sometimes even object of paintings that combine the beauty of the drawings of Frank Lloyd Wright with the brushstroke of Alberto Giacometti.
Lately my work has become a little more functional, it is so that I have been working in the designing of furniture, boats, (kayaks and scows), a stone pool and currently a board-track motorcycle.
